Responsibilities
- Set goals for performance and deadlines compliant with company plans, communicate to subordinates
- Organize workflow, ensure employees understand duties, monitor productivity, provide feedback
- Resolve complaints, maintain timekeeping, pass information, prepare performance reports
- Decide on rewards/promotions, hire/train new employees, ensure policy adherence
Requirements and Skills
- Proven supervisor experience
- Familiar with company policies/legal guidelines, learn different job descriptions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
