Description

• Oversee daily accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and Bank Reconciliation
• Generate and send out invoices to customers on time
• Ensure invoices are in order and billed correctly
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts, preparation of monthly financial reports
• Perform payment forecasts and monitor cash flow
• Account analysis and liaising with Auditors
• Handle assignments as given by Management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in freight forwarding
• Moderate Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, good team player with interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,600.00 – $3,300.00 per month

Education:

• GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘N’ Level (Preferred)
