Job Description

We are looking to employ a highly driven Assistant Sales Manager to assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of our store. The responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership skills and ensure compliance with company policies for excellent customer service.

Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Supervising and guiding the sales team, providing incentives.
• Monitoring sales team performance and ensuring store maintenance.
• Building good customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
• Attending sales meetings, ensuring stock availability, and handling Sales Manager duties in emergencies.

Assistant Sales Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great management and leadership skills.
