Job Description
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries.
- Handling Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, and Invoicing.
- Responsible for day-to-day process and print picking and packing list, collection, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with order management & warehouse team for accurate processing of changes related to the picking list.
- Communicate and liaise with internal and external parties regarding shipments/orders.
- Ensure efficient filing of orders and documents.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/NITEC, Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office Application.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Besides Joo Koon MRT).
- Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Mon – Fri); Alternate Sat – 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (considered overtime).
