Job Description
Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees to provide attentive, efficient service to customers.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Monitoring store activity to ensure proper provisioning and staffing.
- Analyzing information and processes to develop more effective strategies.
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
- Maintaining a clean, attractive business environment.
- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers.
- Ensuring staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Performing other duties to ensure business success.
