Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Mental Health Screening for youths
• Casework Management (Youths and parents/caregivers)
• Run support groups for youths (online and face to face)
• Design, implement, and conduct Groupwork and Interest-Based Groups for youths
• Conduct talks and workshops
• Engage online community (Discord) / Social Media Campaigns and outreach
• Provide Basic Emotional Support and Case Management for clients (online and face to face)
• Volunteer Management
• Maintain and document records of groupwork and case sessions
• Administrative duties

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum Degree in Social Work or related fields
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Must be Good with Excel and understanding Administrative Data.
• Experience in Social Media Outreach is an advantage
• Must be comfortable with technology / online communication (primary method of service delivery)
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills
• This position is on a contract basis (2 years contract)
