Job Description
We, HK MARINE PTE LTD are a ship agent in Singapore. We are currently seeking an admin staff to handle document-related tasks for our agent job.
- Collecting documents from agent operation staffs
- Collecting vendors’ invoice
- Checking agent job working document
- Matching vendors’ invoice and operation documents
- Checking sales order in the system
- Issuing invoices to clients
Minimum 2 years of experience in document administration is required for this position.
