Brief Summary

• Basic Salary: $2600-$3200
• Annual Leave: 14 days, Medical Leave: 14 days
• 5 working days, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
• Working Location: Paya Lebar

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Team for Goods fulfilment
• Synchronize price list with Sales Team
• Generate and send quotations to customers
• Use IT Systems for license key generation
• Assist in project management and parts production
• Manage customer and suppliers’ invoices
• Assist in Return Material Authorization process
• Provide cover for absent colleagues
• Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems
• Good verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Keen interest in IT
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
