Job Description:

• Lead a team to achieve operational goals in the dishwashing industry.
• Supervise workflow, train new staff, and ensure overall performance meets standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, oversee inventory, and report any issues to management.
• Understand technical aspects of dishwashing machines, promptly report malfunctions.
• Collaborate with the manager on daily tasks and assist in planning future operations.
• Maintain efficient workflow, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Monitor operation efficiency, address any shortcomings, and promote health and safety practices.
• Liaise with other teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are met and report any deficiencies to management.
• Actively engage in hands-on tasks when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in the dishwashing industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Willingness to undergo training on dishwashing machines.
