Job Description
Are you passionate about safeguarding people and property? Join our team as a Patrol Officer and play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for all stakeholders. Reporting Operations Manager/Senior Managers, you’ll be responsible for the safety and well-being of staff and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adherence to SOPs: Ensure all officers strictly follow security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and preventive measures at all times.
- Operational Duties: Perform daily tasks, including patrolling & clocking checks, proper manning of FCC, viewing & operating CCTV, ensure officers proper turn out and bearing, ensure site accountability of manpower.
- Observation and Reporting: Report discrepancies found on sites, underperforming security officers, and incidents promptly.
- Observation and Reporting: Report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and accidents promptly.
- Additional Duties: Assist as needed, following instructions from senior staff.
