Job Description
A Field Service Engineer is a crucial role within our company. As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibility is to provide technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients in the field.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing equipment installations and repairs, and conducting maintenance inspections. Additionally, you will be required to train clients on how to use our products effectively and efficiently.
Key qualifications for this position include strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills. A background in engineering or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role would also be beneficial.
