Job Description
Alkem, a leading publisher and distributor of educational materials, is seeking a Customer Service Officer/Executive.
Responsibilities include general administration, assisting with quotations and sales orders, and handling customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good typing speed
- Presentable & positive attitude
- Strong English language skills
- Sociable with good communication skills
- Experience with AS400/BookMaster is a plus
- No experience required. Transportation provided.
- Contract Position: 1 year with the option to extend
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay: $2,500.00 – $3,00.00 per month
