Job Description
As an APAC Move Add Change (MAC) Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of workplace moves, additions, and changes for our company in the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include coordinating relocation activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless transitions.
You will be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, employees, and service providers, responsible for planning and executing moves, managing budgets, and tracking progress. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, business continuity plans, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key qualifications for this role include excellent project management skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing workplace transitions. An understanding of facility management principles and regional regulations is also desirable. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
