Job Description

Provide daily administrative support to contact parents on administrative matters

  • Assist in various administrative duties in the General Office such as financial assistance processes, record-keeping, statistics compilation, correspondence preparation, and filing
  • Assist in sourcing goods and services, as well as liaising with vendors
  • Check leave applications and staff absence records
  • Manage office stores and distribute stationery to staff
  • Cover counter and telephone duties to address inquiries from external stakeholders and the public
  • Perform any other administrative support duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 GCE “N” level passes or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent software preferred
  • Prior experience in administrative work, especially in a school environment

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm (including a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm (including a 1-hour lunch break)
  • No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
