Job Description
Work Scope
- Check all tender notices through different platforms daily
- Printing, filing, scanning, and documentation
- Course enrolment for workers
- Booking of air tickets as and when needed
- Application/Renewal/Cancellation of workers’ work permit
- Renewal of season parking, road tax, vehicle, and company insurance
- Operations administrative works
- Prepare service report and photo report for submission to clients on time
- Other administrative tasks assigned by the management
Requirement
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- High accuracy and precision
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
