Working Hours:

• 0900 hrs to 1730 hrs (Mon to Fri)
• 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs (Alt Sat)

Job Description:

• To ensure accurate and timely production of export documentation
• Perform general shipping functions and resolve shipment issues
• Communicate efficiently with stakeholders for a smooth shipping process
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and document filing
• Follow up on cargo discrepancies and transaction accuracy
• Liaise with carriers for shipment bookings
• Other tasks assigned by the superior

Experience:

• Sea export: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range: $2,00.00 – $2,200.00 per month
