Working Hours:
- 0900 hrs to 1730 hrs (Mon to Fri)
- 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs (Alt Sat)
Job Description:
- To ensure accurate and timely production of export documentation
- Perform general shipping functions and resolve shipment issues
- Communicate efficiently with stakeholders for a smooth shipping process
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and document filing
- Follow up on cargo discrepancies and transaction accuracy
- Liaise with carriers for shipment bookings
- Other tasks assigned by the superior
Experience:
- Sea export: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Range: $2,00.00 – $2,200.00 per month
