Job Description
Work closely with me and provides assistance when required.
- Processing Travel & Entertainment reports and ensure submission deadlines and company policies are met.
- Supporting the sales department where 80% are frequent travelers, not limiting to travel arrangement, visa, etc.
- Assist with the logistic preparation and support for on-site internal and external meetings and events.
- Any ad-hoc request.
