• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring all services meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control, order supplies, conduct stock takes, and minimize waste for cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to develop menus based on customer preferences and culinary trends.
