Job Description

• In-charge for lease renewal agreement, negotiate and follow-up on terms of lease with stall tenants.
• Monitor sales and provide monthly sales, P&L reports.
• Handle paperwork related to licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
• Direct and manage retail stalls according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage external service providers.
• Tech savvy, hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to coffeeshop/food court operations and customer issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure business continuity.
• Point of contact between outlet and HQ.
• Train Outlet staff on Point-of-Sales (POS).
• Manage equipment maintenance.
• Ensure the smooth operations of the outlet.
• Ad-hoc deliveries of goods/forms to outlets.
• Other work scope as required by business needs.
