Job Description
As a Gym Pool Spa Host, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and excellent service in the gym, pool, and spa areas. Your main tasks include welcoming guests, providing information, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various customer needs.
You will be the face of our facility, so exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must. You should have a friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as a good knowledge of the services and amenities offered in the gym, pool, and spa areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Provide information about the facilities and services
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the gym, pool, and spa areas
- Assist guests with equipment setup and usage
- Answer any customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure guest safety by following established protocols
