Here’s what you can expect: In a nutshell, what you do is help young children climb safely and have fun. Often that means encouraging them, assuring them when they feel scared, and playing with them.

Job scope includes:

• Helping children to gear up
• Conducting safety briefings
• Ensuring safety during their climbs
• Providing basic guidance on how to climb
• Assisting the main coach during classes
• Assisting in other operational matters
