Job Description
- Consolidate and send manpower supply timesheets for approval and payment
- Work closely with Supervisor and Ops Manager for administrative tasks
- Assist in compilation of company documents for Manager’s approval
- Raise allowances, submit forms for approval, and handle monthly reports
- Assist Ops Manager with ad-hoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/ITE/Diploma with 2 years’ operations admin experience
- Highly independent and meticulous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
