Job Description
We are looking for a person who is quick in completing tasks, refining operation processes, and can thrive in a high-pressure environment. Confident in their abilities, works well with others, and develops future members.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 days/week (alternate Saturday)
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing with day-to-day operations (e.g., Stock Taking, Procurement, Order Processing, Last-Mile Delivery Planning, etc.)
- Ensuring that all incoming and outgoing materials are accurately accounted for
- Improving current practices in a sustainable manner
- Detecting wastage and improving efficiency
- Facilitating effective communication with clients and suppliers
- Introducing and implementing innovative short and long-term business goals
- Undergoing on-the-job training and participating in cross-functional projects
- Career progression depends on individual performance and organizational needs
- Knowledge in Accounting and Finance will be an added advantage
Requirements:
- Well versed with MS Office
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Independent, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable
- Open-minded and willing to learn
- Customer-oriented and possess a pleasant disposition
- Well versed in English and Chinese
