Job Description
Description:
- 6-9 years of experience
Skills:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq and/or other wireframing tools)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
Job Duties:
- Identify target user groups and conduct interviews to understand user needs
- Create customized digital user experiences through flow diagrams, designs, and site maps
- Guide implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities
- Perform usability tests on various interface elements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create user-friendly software
- Develop wireframes and prototypes based on user needs
- Conduct concept and usability testing, refine designs based on feedback
- Solve UX problems creatively and communicate design ideas effectively
