Job Description
Working Location: Central
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To understand each department’s daily processes e.g., marketing, sales, human resource, operations etc.
- Assist in planning and executing business projects
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare reports and presentations based on findings
- Support day-to-day operations across various departments
- Participate in strategic planning sessions
- Contribute ideas and insights to help shape business strategies
- Work closely with team members and managers to achieve business goals
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Engage in training programs and workshops to develop skills and knowledge
- Seek feedback and actively work on personal and professional growth
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
