Key Responsibilities

• Able to Perform Leadership and Training to AE team
• Constructive Suggestions to Superiors with Solutions to Problems
• Able to communicate with Staff and lead with guidance to avoid misunderstandings throughout tender process
• Responsible for All Tender Costing before presenting to Superiors for Management meeting
• Works proactively, well-coordinated in the Report, and able to meet Superior’s expectations

Skills and Qualifications

• Focusing on continuous improvement
• Attend and Responsive to All Tender submission and Tender Interview and Post Tender Addendums
• Performed due diligence works scope and responsibility
• Over 5 years of Experience in A &A works tender
• Ability to work with digital software (i.e., Cost X/Glodon) would be ideal
• Meticulous, independent with good communicative skills; and a team player
