Job Description
Description:
- Responsible for managing BIM deliverables such as BIM Models, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, etc.
- Lead technical team in BIM operations from project setup to modeling to troubleshooting.
- Liaise with Engineer/Manager and prepare submission drawings for approvals.
- Engage project teams to innovate and leverage advanced tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture with over 15 years experience in construction, 10 years in BIM management.
- Formally trained in BCA Academy’s BIM Specialist Diploma with familiarity with Singapore & ISO 19650 standards.
- Proficient in software like Solibri, Navisworks, Revit, etc.
