Job Description

Scope:

• Business and Industry Consultant for Food & Beverage (F&B) Industry clients
• Attending to Thailand clientele
• Managing Thai-speaking clients
• Specializing in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry clients
• Research and development (R&D) for F&B clients and companies (e.g., restaurant operators, etc.)
• Kitchen management and review
• Menu and recipe creation, development, and review
• Any/All other duties assigned as and when required

Requirements:

• Chief Chef / Cook Supervisor experience
• Able to communicate with Thai-speaking clientele and Thai-speaking business owners
• F&B experience
• Kitchen experience
