Job Description
- Report to the Heads of R&D, Technical & Engineering department.
- In charge of design process from concept to production.
- Hydrodynamic analysis of vessels and offshore structures.
- Produce specification, calculations and design for vessels, Mooring system, and anchors.
- Perform Finite Element Analysis in linear/non-linear using ANSYS, NX Nastran for Stress and Fatigue analysis.
- Provide engineering support to yard for mobilization, repair, and conversion of vessels.
- Prepare documentation for class submissions.
- Communicate with customers on design specification and issues.
- Develop tools for mooring, rigging and other in-house engineering calculations.
