Manpower costs & Overheads recovery
- Oversee the collation of manhours submissions process
- Manage overhead and staff costs cycle runs
- Perform monthly analysis of Manpower/ overheads costs
- Responsible for the computation of look forward Manhour and burdened rates
- Responsible for the opening and closing of Costs centers/ WBS codes
- Responsible for tracking RnD spend and assist to submit claims for Tax RnD credits to Group tax
- Oversee GST claims and submissions (including MES returns)
- Oversee Budgeting process
Governance
- Ensure compliance to ST Engineering and company’s policies.
- Review and updates relevant guidelines and finance SOPs
Job Requirements:
- Degree in accountancy
- At least five years’ experiences in similar position
- Deep knowledge of SAP system/ Excel skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skill
- Technical – Accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent Organisational Skill and is able to multitask
- Time Management and able to meet tight deadline
- Working location at Benoi, Working hours Mon – Fri 7.30am – 5pm, Islandwide transportation provided.
