Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer needs promptly under BYD dept.
• Liaising with Workshop for vehicle diagnosis and advice.
• Coordinating repairs according to customer needs.
• Keeping customers informed of work progress.
• Assisting in reception operations.
• Monitoring parts arrival for workshop appointments.
• Tracking unclosed ROs to meet monthly goals.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area.
• Handling ad hoc tasks from Service Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service industry.
• Proactive, independent, and positive attitude.
