Job Description:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the daily operation.
• Handling Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, and Invoicing.
• Maintain documentation in daily operation.
• Responsible for day-to-day process and print picking and packing list, collection and deliveries.
• Coordinate with order management & warehouse team for accurate processing changes.
• Communicate with internal and external parties on shipments/orders.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirement:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations and inventory management.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
• Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Besides Joo Koon MRT).
• Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Mon – Fri).
• Alternate Sat – 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (considered overtime).
