• Assist the Finance Manager in daily Accounts and Admin activities.
• Reconcile processed work and verify entries.
• Responsible for monthly closing and maintain accounting data entry for audits.
• Process staff claims and verify documentation.
• Handle invoicing queries and payment collection.
• Monitor outstanding payments and maintain proper filing.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Prefer 1-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge in MYOB is a plus.
• Meticulous with a positive attitude.
