Job Description
A well-known bank is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Bank Teller) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform front-office counter service duties such as handling cash transactions, opening accounts, and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Process fixed deposit transactions and participate in projects for system enhancements.
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree.
- Some banking experience, preferably in branch banking/payments.
- Ability to learn fast, work independently, and have a cheerful disposition with good interpersonal skills.
