Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of all Fire safety statutory legislation and requirements at all levels
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify potential fire risks from daily work processes
- Recommend reasonably practicable measures to eliminate or reduce foreseeable fire safety risk to employees
- Conduct fire-fighting, rescue and other emergency drills
- Manage fire safety and protection equipment to meet mandatory requirements
- Manage the CERT Team and ensure that the emergency preparedness are maintained at all levels
- At least 3-5 years of SCDF Experience on Emergency
- GCE ‘O’ levels qualifications or above and possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
- Possesses good firefighting, rescue and oil pollution control skills
- Strong understanding of Workplace Safety & Health Act & Ship building & Ship repairing regulations
- Good report writing & Incident investigation skill
