Job Description
- Perform tooling set up machine as per weekly planned schedule; operate and run the machine according to quantity planned.
- Liaise with QA for qualification of set-ups and work in progress.
- Perform daily machine inspection; repair the necessary and record as per Work Instructions.
- Requisite material as per planned production order for daily activities.
- Update daily production record such as machine time sheet, machine utilization and rejects.
- Adhering to customer MSA as a guide in terms of SPM, lubrication in use, packaging, quantity in lot size, etc.
- Inspection of products using Profile Projectors.
- Perform regular maintenance and trouble-shooting of existing tool to support production.
- Provide technical support to production line to achieve technical & quality requirements.
Knowledge Required:
- Interpretation of technical drawings, knowledge in Tool Servicing, Tool Assembly, Tool Trouble Shooting Skills and Dimension inspection in the metal stamping industry.
Skills Required:
- Trouble shooting, analytical & problem solving skills and application of SPC tools. Ability to operate Toolroom machines such as Multi Slide machines, Profile Projector, surface grind, punch former, radius dresser, milling, lathe, etc.

Pay: $2,00.00 – $3,500.00 per month
