Job Description
Hiring: IT Assistant
Location: Kovan Campus
Salary range: $2200 to $2600 per month (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, alternate Saturday 9am-1pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support to teachers and staff
- Assist with teacher training on IT-related topics
- Provide classroom support for IT-related issues
- Maintain and support classroom equipment
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies
- Assist with user creation and termination
- Assist with PC setup and configuration
- Contact vendors for IT support and services
- Travel to other campuses for IT support
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
