Description:
- Perform administrative and general office support for Engineering outsourcing work.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with SAP requests, DO and invoice processing.
- Assist with updating dept budgets and expenses.
- Assist with Dept budget and expenses tracking.
- Track and manage fixed Asset.
- Control and update records for PSM devices in TCSI.
- Maintain stationery cabinets and ensure items are properly stocked.
- Submit clearance applications for staff.
- Assist in onboarding new staff by preparing necessary documents and orientation sessions.
Job Requirements
- Min ‘Diploma’ or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Good Knowledge in MS office
- Good Interpersonal, presentation & communication skills.
- Well-organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good team player.
