Job Description

The System Administrator in the AI/ML setting at National Healthcare Group is responsible for managing and optimizing IT infrastructure supporting AI/ML applications. Responsibilities include ensuring system reliability, security, and performance, as well as supporting data scientists and engineers.

Infrastructure Management:

• Provision, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of AI/ML infrastructure.
• Implement and manage virtualized environments (e.g., OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes).

System Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor system performance to ensure uptime and availability.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Automation and Scripting:

• Develop scripts for automation and improve system efficiency.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Security Management:

• Maintain security best practices including firewall management and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work with stakeholders to support technical needs.
• Provide technical support for tools and platforms.
