Job Description
Job scope and responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Collection of payments using cash registers and other payment methods.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including Nanyang Kopi and Teh beverages etc.
- Prepare and serve Nanyang toast and half-boiled eggs.
- Ensure food and beverages are according to recipes, preparation methods, and customer preferences.
- Serve customers quickly, efficiently, maintain food handling standards, and workspace cleanliness.
- Maintain stock levels of coffee/tea, replenishing when necessary.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in coffee making or similar role preferred.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and good service.
- Work diligently, willingness to learn, able to stand for long periods.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
