Job Description
Our Client is a leader in the Fashion Retail MNC. They are seeking a Store Manager to join their team and lead the expansion plans. Responsibilities include overseeing stores, optimizing sales, and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibility:
- Manage district retail stores, oversee operations and financial performance.
- Analyze customer mix, product assortment, and stock levels for sales optimization.
- Drive retail growth by identifying new locations and implementing strategies.
- Enhance sales productivity, service standards, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing for effective programs and promotions.
- Manage retail projects including design and completion within budget.
- Expand customer database, maintain loyalty, and provide feedback for improvements.
- Coordinate with Aftersales Service Centre for customer repair processes.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of managerial experience in retail operations.
- Experience and knowledge in retail management.
