Location – Tuas South / Boon Lay

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Inputting financial data accurately and efficiently.
• Accounts Receivable/Payable: Invoicing, payments, and managing accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Record Maintenance: Organizing financial records.
• Communications: Corresponding regarding financial matters.
• Assisting Auditors: Support during audits and document gathering.
• General Administrative Tasks: Filing, answering phones, and office tasks.

Requirements:

• Professional certificate in Accounts.
• Education background not important.
• Available immediate or short notice.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Responsible and positive attitude towards multitasking.
