Job Description
– Check and verify sale invoices before issuing and update collections.
– Match suppliers’ invoices with PO and Performa Invoices in AP system.
– Process day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, recording, and filing.
– Handle staff claims, classify expenses, and enter transactions.
– Reconcile multi-currencies bank statements and update AR/AP Invoices.
– Ensure accuracy of balance sheet items and audit schedules.
– Prepare accruals, prepayments, and provision transactions.
– Assist with Fixed Assets bills and statements reconciliation.
– Perform duties such as Monthly CPF, GST Filing, budgeting, and stock balance checks.
– Perform reconciliation of Inter-companies’ transactions and other assigned tasks.
