Job Description

- Basic $2300 – $2500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

- Working location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers
- Support the Project Team on progressive claims
- Responsible for order processing and generating delivery/shipping documents
- Work closely with sales and project team for customer specifications
- Update project forecast and prepare monthly project reports
- Simple Accounting knowledge for AR and AP function a plus
- Add-hoc Admin function as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level with 1 year of relevant project coordination experience
