Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents.
• Verify and post details of business transactions.
• Support duties related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain Petty Cash and issue rental monthly.
• Input sales invoices into account systems and prepare routine reports.
• Reconcile key control accounts and ensure confidentiality of financial data.
• Achieve KPIs and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player.
