Job Description
As an Account Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and work closely with the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach are also crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in sales or customer service will be advantageous.
