Job Description
Job Description:
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and annual financial reporting for full set accounts.
- Monitor AR & AP and follow up on payment statuses.
- File monthly GST returns.
- Conduct monthly stock-taking and prepare inventory status reports.
- Process purchase orders and prepare invoices and/or delivery orders for local and overseas customers.
- Coordinate internally with the purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to track shipment statuses and update customers.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents for the preparation of financial statements and tax computations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Preferably experienced with or knowledgeable about Singapore GST and Corporate Tax.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $3,100.00 – $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
