Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team at Spot Talents Pte Ltd, a leading Singapore Food Distribution Company located in Jurong. This is a permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,00.
Working Hours:
– Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
– Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
– Enter receipts into Navision
– Prepare Excel files for financial retention
– Issue credit notes
– Liaise with the sales team
– Follow up on customer invoices
Requirements:
– Meticulous with attention to detail
– Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
– Minimum 1 year experience in accounts receivable
