Job Description
Account Management:
- Manage assigned client accounts, including various government agencies.
- Increase account revenue, maintain accountability for assigned accounts within the fiscal year, and develop strong customer relationships.
- Continually engage with stakeholders, customers, and expand customer profiles.
- Understand customer needs, coordinate proposals from presales, and provide concise quotations.
- Follow up, expedite, and liaise with customers on project, payment, renewal, and event/training matters to ensure customer satisfaction with deliverables.
Sales Operations Management:
- Coordinate Tender Briefing and lead Bid Review with Presales.
- Ensure completion and quality of tender proposals in collaboration with presales teams.
- Prepare quotations for customer reference for various opportunities (BQ/RFI/RFP/ITQ/ITT).
- Track timelines, provide updates to other functional teams, and align resources for customer engagements.
