Job Requirements:

• Manage account receivable including issuing and sending invoices to customers, follow up with customers for payment.
• Record payroll and depreciation journals in the system.
• Record supplier invoices and payment vouchers in the system.
• Full set account experience will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with MYOB or other accounting systems.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
• Execute other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Company.
• Manage accounts payable including verifying supplier invoices, processing payments, and recording in the system.
• Familiar with GST reporting.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Working area: Singapore, Kian Teck Road.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in finance operations, accounting-related functions.
• At least LCCI qualification.
• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Candidates who can communicate with Chinese customers have an added advantage.
